Default Picking New Armor

Well first of all I would like to say this is my first post and thread and I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot or I come off as a noob. Now to get to the point.

Just today I finished the Aurora Glade mission and once at Henhe of Genravi my friend said he was going to buy new armor. So now I'm wondering should I buy new armor? I mean i haven't got anything new since I bought a set of Glads for my W/Mo since Yak's Bend. So me main questions woulld me:

1: Should I buy new armor or just wait.

2: What armor to buy Glads with the energy bonus or Wyvern with the 20% dmg reduction and the 10% elemental dmg reduction.

3: Are the Runes of Attunment and Vitae stckable on "ONE" piece are armor because if there are then that solves my problem with the Glads.

The thing is now I'm into axe skills so I've come of with the combination of armor:

Executioner's Hlm for the +1 to axe mastery or Lieutenant's Hlm for the Hexes shortened by 20% and 5% damage reduction.

Wyvern chest for the elemental dmg reduction.

Wyvern legings for the elemental dmg reduction.

Stonefist Gauntlets for increased knockdown time.

Ascalon boots for their -3 damage reduction.

Any infomation you could give me would be helpful. Thank you.

Well, they nerfed the -3 Damage reduction. Sure, it reduces damage, but only for Physical damage and if it hits the boots : \ Bummer, huh?

Well, the armor depends on your skills. If you're Triple Choppin' and Cyclone Axing alot -- Or just using lots of energy in general, go with Glads. If you're spamming more adrenaline based attacks, Dreadnaught Armor (aka. Wyvern, Platemail) is good. And Stonefist Gauntlets in either case is a nice choice for the knockdown.

Those're my 2 cents. Hope they help, mate!

Thanks very much. I would still love to hear from other people on what they have to say about my case.

Hhmmm.. If I'm able to stack Runes of Attunment on one piece of armor I can still have the Defences of Wyvern and the energy of glads buy just stacking them.
